Instructions

STEP ONE
Cut and assemble the board parts.

Cut the board and frame. You can use the drawings in the downloadable PDF as a guide. A helpful tip is to stack the frame parts and cut them on a chop saw with a single cut to ensure accuracy.

Drill leg mount and pocket holes. Pay close attention to the board orientation, as they should mirror each other. Per the drawing in the guide, mark and drill the holes for the legs. Lastly, assemble the frame using PVC Cement and wood screws.

STEP TWO
Assemble the body.

Glue the frame to the board top using PVC cement. Attach the frame, then secure it using 1" Kreg Pocket Hole All weather screws (course thread). Utilize the gauge block for spacing and clamping the frame to the top.

Lastly, install interior supports. Tip: cut a spacer block to hold the position of the frame during installation.

STEP THREE
Cut the circle hole.

On the face of the board, at the top of it, layout the center line of the circle 9" from the top and 12" from the edge. Draw the circle using a compass; set the compass at 3" to create a 6" diameter circle.

Cut the hole using a jigsaw. Drill a 1/2" diameter hole to start the cut.

STEP FOUR
Attach the legs.

The leg assembly will require a washer between legs and frame to allow folding for storage. Slide the leg over the bolt and against the washer; place another washer and the nut on the bolt. Tighten with a wrench.

Repeat that process for the remaining legs.

STEP FIVE
Add leg supports.

Measure the distance between the board's legs to determine where to put the supports. Cut 3-1/2" x 3/4" PVC boards for each leg assembly. Option to use 3" hole saw to cut a circle in the center of the support. This will act as a cupholder during play!

Attach the leg support to the leg assembly with PVC glue. Fasteners (nails or screws) are an option. Note: use scrap material (3/4") as spacers under the support block to provide proper offset during the clamping process.

STEP SIX
Measure support cleat length.

The distance between the frame supports could differ, so measure each board for proper fit. The portion of the cleat system to be mounted to the wall should be ripped 1/2" narrower than the support cleats.

Cut the top cleat and mount it to the supports with PVC glue and screws. Note: this part is directional, so make sure the angled side is facing the back of the board. See the downloadable guide for visuals.

Now, kick your feet up!
